source would be really nice I prefer running from source on Win for SB, CP and all that stuff.
Going to try this later today but it looks really nice.

I still get UnicodeDecodeError.

If you put the code on github, it'll also make it easier to hunt down and fix bugs.

Plans for Linux?

EDIT: Never mind I see someone asked above and you replied Smile

Can't test if all dependencies work, but here it goes:

Got it from github, works fine on Ubuntu 12.04 Beta1 with Eden RC2.

In the Dashboard, under the "Next aired", could the shows be linked to their respective info page?

RE: [WIP] HTPC-Manager - SyphOn - 2012-03-24 21:18

Sure! Just create an issue and we'll set it to enhancement: https://github.com/mhendrikx/HTPC-Manager/issues/new

Glad to hear you got it working fine on Ubuntu!

RE: [WIP] HTPC-Manager - TeKo - 2012-03-24 21:24

thanks that was fast trying out now.

RE: [WIP] HTPC-Manager - paavor - 2012-03-24 22:00

...aaaand working well also with Ubuntu Server 10.04 / Eden RC2. Big Grin

Maybe small, but important thing for me: TV series doesn't support banners/banner mode and now all thumbs are squashed for me. Could this be a configurable opiton? Angel

RE: [WIP] HTPC-Manager - sb206 - 2012-03-24 22:03

I think is a nice starting. Some points for me....TV Shows should not only with posters also with banners. And the movies where not sortet right. Ist sortet per sources and not all together. I have my database on a Qnap with Mysql. It is possible to bring thise directly to the qnap nas?

I've getting the same error. Running off github. There must be a dependence missing or something?

Let us know once you get the hang of git so we can send pull requests Smile

I'd make the default pass/user nothing and let people decide if they want it. Going to create confusion Smile

Can you try again? It has something to do with PIL. Like I said before, first time we started programming in Python, so there is a lot to learn Smile

What do I need to do so you can do pull requests?
