xbmc looking for movies in very odd folders - aassaf - 2012-03-23

Hi.

I tried to reset the content of a folder but somehow got xbmc to look for movies in odd places.

It is looking in: /Applications/AppleTV.app/Silence.mov
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/VoiceServices.framework/RecognitionResources/Express/en-AU.v.bin
/usr/share/Ssh.bin
videodb://1/2/710
etc.....

These are not in sources.xml. Sources.xml has only one path.

attached is the db in case... http://dl.dropbox.com/u/170985/MyVideos60.db

Thanks,

A

You have several scripts that are crashing. Not sure if that would be the source of your problem, but it might be.

XBMC Intro Movie script is giving an error.
My Mediadb script is giving an error.
Metadata Actors script also giving an error.

You might try disabling, or uninstalling those, and see if it fixes anything. Have those scripts worked previously in Eden?

Not sure what they were doing before.

Could you tell me how to disable them?

But how would that cause the scanning of those folders?
