Hey all,
I am supan shah 3rd year Cs undergrad student from India.
I liked the RSS reader and would love to work on the same for Gsoc '12.
I had developed a basic RSS reader ,which scrapes XML files and uses them for content search.
What should be the line of action now ?

The community will probably be interested in what exactly this would bring over and above the current capabilities of XBMC. What the user interface might look like, what the user would be able to do with it and so on.
I believe there have been add-ons in the past for example that have allowed some RSS reader capability, so you might want to research them, indicate where they do things differently from your idea etc.
