RE: Playing around with confluence - fl0PPsy - 2012-08-24

So I gather the "Videos goes to File View" options has not made it back into the new Confluence?

No, the only thing i miss from the old Confluence. Why would i use the videos menu for any other purpose than going into files view? Movies and tv shows are already on the main menu. I don't use playlists or video addons really, the most used video addons are already on the home screen.

Now that i've used the new one without custom backgrounds it's fine really and i don't need them. The main menu is very snappy.

- Moviecover
- Name
- Infos about Movie

when it is paused?

Jezz_X, excellent skin mod. I like all of the views but one really suits my need best... Media Info 2 because it shows the plot, list, DVD thumb, HD/SD icons without "hiding" the fanart. Media Info 3 is great, but Im not to crazy about the fanart on top of the fanart redundancy. I'd like to modify Media Info 2 by adding (in the MOVIES library) the year & possibly duration hopefully to the right of the codec info. Could you (or anyone else) please tell me which xml file I need to edit and what the code insertion should be and if / how to modify the codec info to make it fit nice. I'm not having any luck on my own.

Thanks & keep up the great work.

XBMC Eden Final Windows 7 on three machine, OpenElec on a JetWay IONtop, Zyxel NSA320 8TB NAS running mySQL shared database with DropBox to keep the thumbnails local for a nice n snappy interface

RE: Playing around with confluence - fernandovg - 2012-09-25

what can I do to make the skin show a kind of "HasSubtitle" image next to video resolution and audio codec to show that movie has a subtitle?
XBMC already has the tag "VideoPlayer.HasSubtitles". So what's missing to show a HasSubtitles image ?
Thanks!

Also, show the text "SUB" after the HD tag ?
Image

Example:
MOVIE ABC 2012 SUB
MOVIE CDE 2012
MOVIE FGH 2012 SUB
MOVIE IJK 2012 SUB

Use this next the VIDEO and AUDIO codec:

Anyone? Please?

you need to open up ViewsFileMode.xml and then edit ll the list views to include the new image you want the bits you need to play around with and move look like this
PHP Code:
<control type="label">
    <
posx>620</posx>
    <
posy>0</posy>
    <
width>400</width>
    <
height>40</height>
    <
font>font12</font>
    <
textcolor>grey2</textcolor>
    <
selectedcolor>selected</selectedcolor>
    <
align>right</align>
    <
aligny>center</aligny>
    <
label>$INFO[ListItem.Label2]</label>
    <
visible>Window.IsVisible(Videos)</visible>
    <
animation effect="slide" start="0,0" end="40,0" delay="0" time="0" condition="![Container.Content(Movies) | Container.Content(Episodes) | Container.Content(MusicVideos)]">conditional</animation>
</
control>
<
control type="image">
    <
posx>625</posx>
    <
posy>8</posy>
    <
width>40</width>
    <
height>26</height>
    <
texture>$INFO[ListItem.VideoResolution,flagging/lists/,.png]</texture>
    <
visible>Window.IsVisible(Videos) + [Container.Content(Movies) | Container.Content(Episodes) | Container.Content(MusicVideos)]</visible>
</
control>
<
control type="image">
    <
posx>665</posx>
    <
posy>14</posy>
    <
width>20</width>
    <
height>16</height>
    <
texture>$INFO[ListItem.Overlay]</texture>
    <
visible>Window.IsVisible(Videos) + !ListItem.IsResumable</visible>
</
control>
<
control type="image">
    <
posx>665</posx>
    <
posy>14</posy>
    <
width>16</width>
    <
height>16</height>
    <
texture>OverlayWatching.png</texture>
    <
visible>Window.IsVisible(Videos) + ListItem.IsResumable</visible>
</
control
your going to need to move the label over (conditional on if you have a CC) edit add the image you want for your CC with its visible conditions and do it about 4 times for all the lists that show it

RE: Playing around with confluence - fernandovg - 2012-09-27

I didn't understand... sorry and I don't know how to program it.
Is there another way? Maybe another skin that does that?
Thanks

@fernandovg Got your email, unfortunately have got no time for +/- a month, but could look at adding it to the mod after that Smile

Thank you so much! This subtitle "mod" will work both for movies and tv shows?
Your mod run smoothly on my raspberry pi!
I have other ideas if you're interested. Is there a specific topic for your mod?
thanks

RE: Playing around with confluence - sukanime - 2013-06-02

Hi Jezz_X,
Thanks for making this wonderfull skin, it simple and fast, i like it.
Just one thing that i don't like it, the OSD when i pause the Video.

So, Please, Could you help me...
I'am trying to remove OSD in Paused mode, but i still cannot do it.
I have playing around two file, DialogSeekBar.xml and VideoOSD.xml
Here the screenshot:
Image

I'am trying to remove OSD in the right upper that showed when i pause (press space key).
Sometime when i watch anime, there subtitle that i need to read it slowly, in it put on top of Video.
I can not read because of That OSD.

Thanks again.

Edit:
Never mind, i found it.
I just need to edit DialogSeekBar.xml (in 720p folder), remove some line.
Now, i change it to like this:
Code:
<window>
    <defaultcontrol>1</defaultcontrol>
    <visible>[Player.Seeking | Player.DisplayAfterSeek | Player.Paused | Player.Forwarding | Player.Rewinding] + ![Window.IsVisible(VideoOSD) | Window.IsVisible(MusicOSD)]</visible>
    <animation effect="fade" start="0" end="100" time="200">WindowOpen</animation>
    <animation effect="fade" start="100" end="0" time="200">WindowClose</animation>
    <controls>
        <control type="group">
            <visible>player.chaptercount + Window.IsVisible(FullScreenVideo)</visible>
            <posx>665r</posx>
            <posy>-6</posy>
            <include>VisibleFadeEffect</include>
            <control type="image">
                <posx>0</posx>
                <posy>0</posy>
                <width>150</width>
                <height>70</height>
                <colordiffuse>EEFFFFFF</colordiffuse>
                <texture border="12">OverlayDialogBackground.png</texture>
            </control>

                <align>center</align>
                <aligny>center</aligny>
                <font>font12_title</font>
                <textcolor>blue</textcolor>
                <label>$LOCALIZE[21396]</label>
                <visible>player.chaptercount</visible>
            </control>
            <control type="label" id="1">
