hi i just jailbroke my apple tv
when i try to launch xbmc it comes up with an error that it cant find it
also my firmware still reads 2.4 and the launcher still looks like the old atv
how do i properly update and get xbmc to work
i did a search on getting the log files but it didnt work for me

In the ATV OS make sure to update to the latest version (3.0.2)
Then see: HOW-TO:Install XBMC on Apple TV 1

Do this first, to bring your apple OS up to 3.0.2

Then as per http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=HOW-TO:Install_XBMC_on_Apple_TV_1 :
do the patch stick
Then update your launcher
Then install XBMC
