XBMC 11.0 with AMD HD3300! - Locutus - 2012-04-05
Hi,
I have a problem during video playback. If I start any type of video I have a black border around the video.
If I switch to desktop during playback (Alt+Tab) the border is gone. Overscan is set to 0% (for all resolutions and refreshrates).
How can I solve this problem?

You may need to dig into your driver settings.

Have you try the options in XBMC video settings as shown in my screen shot below? After you adjusted it, you can set it to "as default for all moves"-
