I am having an issue and no idea whats wrong.
When searching for new movies...
MC changes the title and then does nothing. I cleared the cache, reinstalled Media Companion, and checked my permissions. Here is the log...

Un - select 'use xbmc tmdb scraper ' and try to scrape again. Media companion will use IMDB instead.

That seems to work.
Any reason why it wont work the way I had it before?
Is it going to cause an issue with xbmc scraping this way?

Won't cause any issues.
Just seems some issue with tmdb, possibly they are having problems, firewall or antivirus, any of the above.
Try tmdb again later

It's already happened to me to make mistake when changing the names of countries or simply forget to put them in french. So, having, as genres, a listing of countries appearing in the database and the ability to quickly go to these movie nfo allow me to correct these errors more easily.
I already use that with mpaa rating and genre.

Just did a clean install and can't figure out how I created the "movie collections" during scraping.
Looked at this a number of time and can't see it. Sigh.

Well then it looks like I have done everything correctly.
Still not working.
I decided to reinstall the operating system because things were not working right outside of MC.
Now everything works well and I am using the TMDB XBMC scraper.
Only issue it the collection issue.

Sorry, option was on Scraper Tab. TMBD - Where available scrape set name
Just tested with XBMC TMDB Scraper, scraping Iron Man 2, and it scraped the set as Iron Man Collection, so seems to be working OK from here.
If you re-installed your OS (no idea which OS), make sure you manually install the Dot Net 4.0 Client. I recall issues in Win7, and re-installing this did the trick.

Tried that and connection seems fine.
MC is finding the set because it shows "The Matrix Collection" in the set section.
It seems like it wont create the folder and move the folders into the folder.
I check the permissions and it all seems fine.

Are, so not scraping issue. Sounds like you need to check the renaming options, making sure you have the right syntax, ie.,%N/%T - (%Y)

You should really consider adding music album scraping to the collection but require a "goal" donation before starting the project.

Um, %N is needed if you want the movie renamed into a Set folder. I don't recall which version I released that set this as the default, but it's at least 15 versions ago.
Still, glad you got it sorted.
