Is there any way to set up XBMC to automatically remove movies and tv shows from XBMC if the file does not exist anymore on my computer?
I know you can do it manually but I would like it to be done automatically so when ever I delete a movie or tv show on my computer it will also be removed from XBMC.

See the cleanonupdate setting in http://wiki.xbmc.org/?title=Advancedsettings.xml
Be careful though. It's common to set cleanonupdate and have XBMC update on startup, but if for any reason shares on a network server aren't available when XBMC starts it will conclude that no files exist and clean the lot.
