You should name it like this...
/12 Years a Slave (2013)/12 Years a Slave (2013).mkvIf you absolutely need all that other garbage in the name, then add it to the file name not the folder name after the (year).
Then ensure you have enabled the setting Movies are in separate folders that match the movie title as shown in image 3 here... https://kodi.wiki/view/Changing_Scrapers#Change_Video_Scraper
You also state that you have all your movies in separate folders, but you don't. The Toy Story movies are lumped together in one folder.
Fix the above and check if that fixes the issue. I didn't check your whole log as it is quite big, just the first few movies in the log, but many of them seemed to be scraping ok.

i have changed the ad astra as you said but nothing happened also the jurassic park (1993) .i tried these 2 and nothing was fixed.
i tried also the 12 year slave and didnt find it.neither UMS nor ALL other scrappers!

Make sure debug is enabled from the start. Not at the end, like your last log. Restart after enabling it.

check ad astra (2019) and jurassic park (1993) correct names but not in library! i want to be sure that if i test correct some of the names they will appear in library. otherwise why bother change all names right?

In the options there are toggles to enable/disable poster/fanart from various sources.
However in the Collection Art section of the options, there are no options to toggle to enable/disable the poster/fanart from the moviedb for collections.
These are present for the other sources in this section.
Would you be able to add these toggles next time you are making any updates to this scraper.
