If player does not start you need to install lib files in /usr/lib:
http://www.sopcast.com/download/libstdcpp5.tgz
CONTROLS:
PAGE-UP: edit the channel
PAGE-DOWN: delete the channel from local list or refresh the sop/remote list
INFO (keyboard i) show full epg
You can add m3u lists in the list folder.
Streams supported: rtmp, http, rtsp, mms ...
If you upgrade from a previous version and you get errors, then try to delete also the plugin files located in /home/xbmc/.xbmc/userdata/addon_data/

i'd love to try it out, but it won't install...seems to be password protected (xbmc complains about it having the wrong structure)
can you repack it and reupload?

it works only in linux
If you have a previous version you can just copy all the files over the old ones

the zip file can't be unpacked
gnome archive manager gives errors and peazip wants a password
