My sound card is a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio PCI
The drivers for this card where only introduced in Ubuntu 12.04. I didn't have audio with previous version of Ubuntu
I have XBMC installed in Ubuntu and I have tried my audio launching XBMC from Ubuntu and also login from Ubuntu login screen by selecting XBMC
When I play any of my music collection in XBMC my audio bar at the top right hand side is completed to right hand side and my audio is low
and is not stereo
When I exit XBMC and I click on Ubuntu audio bar and the audio bar is less than a quarter to the right
Then I open any other player like Banshee and I play any music and the sound is very loud and stereo
Any idea why the audio is not properly working for XBMC?
