On Windows, with Frodo, works fine.
On Linux with Frodo I get "Cannot show categories" on selecting 4OD.

Do you need Proxy if you're based in the UK? Just wanna confirm cos some aspects of the plugin on the android version of xbmc isn't responding.

Again looks like a problem with your proxy, or internet setup. How does 4oD look in a browser with those proxy settings in Linux?
Did you go back to Windows to make sure that it was still working there?

Yes - works fine on Windows with the SAME proxy !
Now, on a Wireshark trace on Linux, I see the following:

It looks fine on my Windoze PC with Firefox/IE and the same proxy settings.
On Windoze PC with XBMC 12, with the same proxy settings, the plugin works fine.
Linux with XBMC 12 and the same plugin, same proxy settings, problems. The URL looks like it is trying to tunnel instead of transparent proxy.... I'm sniffing port 3128 at the moment to see what is going on....

Yes - I am in Ireland and its working fine. Unlike BBC iplayer its not geo-locked for Ireland.
