Sending media from XP to XBMCbuntu using Cyberduck - fakie - 2012-06-20

Im trying to send media from my Windows XP machine to XBMCbuntu using Cyberduck

i am in Windows XP and have cyberduck running

i open connection i have SFTP (SSH) selected, username and pw are both xbmc

my server i presume is the ip address of my HTPC running XBMCbuntu which is either 10.1.1.2 or 10.1.1.6 i am unsure (they both have the same MAC address? wtf...) but i have tried both anyway

so the url i am trying to connect to becomes sftp://[email protected]:22/

yet i get the error

Connection failed
Permission denied: connect

so i think my settings are correct is there something i need to do within XBMCbuntu to open this connection?

in case anyone was wondering i switched to filezilla and used these two guides to set up samba and change a config file within xbmcbuntu
