textures.db as mysql database? - makromorphago - 2012-07-11

Hey Guys!
Is it possible to sync the textures db as a mysql database just like misuc and video?
And is it possible to have the addons synchronized as well, and I mean the addons themselves, not just the addon data.
Thanx

No, the textures db is not currently available in mysql.

I've synchronized addons and addon data. Some details here: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=123083

Well it does nit work with me to substitute the addon path. How is your XML command for this?

I use symbolic links in the OS. (no path substitution).

Alright. Well for my Win system I know how to do that but I have no clue how to get that done on my xbmcbuntu setup. Do you know how to do that? It´s a samba share on a NAS with a user and password setting to access it. Although I could make a folder for XBMC without the need to login.
Thanks anyway!
