Do you mean this?
Because that should always be there unless you turned it off in:
Settings > skin > customize homescreen > tv shows (on/off) (hide)

It won't show up until you add a source with tv shows in it. Add a source that uses the thetvdb scraper. Scan the source. Bingo!
