Clearing APT2 buffer cache - Shawbeau - 2012-07-30

Hey, I need some help with clearing my AppleTV2 buffer cache. I have found the codes and everything that tells you what to type in to clear it. But I do not know what program to use, or where to put the codes to be able to clear that cache. I bought my appletv2 already jailbroken. if someone could help me out that would be great. Thanks

I don't know what codes you found, but that's not how the buffer cache works. It clears the moment you stop watching a video, and only fills up if the server/service you are streaming from is sending data too slowly to playback.

I think he means apples cache on the flash...

Nah, he was talking about the XBMC cache full message. For some reason he also PM'ed me and asked the question a second time. Why users do that instead of just replying to the thread... I don't know...
