I have 3 network drives, some of them are not connected. I want to exclude it completelly from XBMC, but there is no such option.

Everything goes pretty normal until it looks for acknowledgement from some 30s wasted doing some network IP stuff (12:17:02) splash screen gets launched 4 sec later.
Starts 12:17:01 and ends ~12:17:54: take away 30 and your have a 24 sec launch with a screen potentially at 5-6 seconds, and a few seconds later the home page is loaded and updating recent items etc.. there seems to be a bit of a delay getting weather and a bunch of server stuff.. but nothing crushing as the 30 sec wait.

Are those disconnected network drives defined as media sources in XBMC? If they are, you can delete them:
  1. Videos > Files and/or Music > Files
  2. Highlight your source and bring up the context menu (right mouse button or keyboard "c")
  3. Select "Remove source"
