[ATV2] Using MySql crashes Xbmc in Margros branch - nilzen - 2012-08-01
As the subject says, Xbmc won't start if i have specified an external video database in advancedsettings.xml using the builds from http://xbmc.picmania.org/index.php?dir=atv2%2F
Tested with versions from 2012-07-31, 2012-06-25 and 2012-06-04
If i switch to alpha3 from http://mirrors.xbmc.org/snapshots/darwin/atv2/ it works so there must be a PVR specific issue. Sadly the log file, with debug enabled, says nothing about the crash.

Try to reset or disable EPG database. I have problems sometimes soon due to constraint violation and reported that here:

No difference. Tried deleting /var/mobile/Library/Preferences/XBMC then it boots into XBMC, but as soon as I add the advancedsettings.xml file to the userdata folder it just reboots after the splash image.
