hey im curious how to see if a file has been marked watched or not? I have right clicked on some 1channel tv shows and clicked them marked... but is there a way to track these or have a watched list? Cannot seem to see any visual indication at all of them already been watched or not

What view are you using? there should be watched indicators in all views.

First of all, great work!
Are these flipping screens (when going from the homescreen into tv shows or movies or so on...) new in the latest version? Are they essential or can they be made optional? I think they are a little bit annoying because it takes me longer to get to the files/movies/shows...

Just to let you know, the font is too small throughout and the writing on the homescreen (movies, tv shows, etc) is not visible enough against the backgrounds. You should put a shadow box behind them or else choose default backgrounds that have flat areas of colour in that location.

There are options in the skin settings for background overlays which dim the fanart so you can see the text better. Also using the tile backgrounds will help this.
As far as text size, I am using standard text sizes that are shared by all the other skins. The smallest font size I use is 16 and that is only for plot descriptions in a few select locations. Beyond that almost the entire skin is using size 26, which in my experience is the norm for XBMC skins (as per the Foundation skin suggestions). If you give me more specific examples however, I would be glad to look into it.
