All video plugins are failing - just1zay - 2012-09-14
My Video Add-Ons are not working. I can't search or stream any videos. I was able to before but I'm not sure what happened. The Add-Ons im using are...(Food Network, Fox News, G4TV, HGTV, HowStuffWorks, Kids Place, NBA Video, etc.) When I also try to view a trailer it says "Playback failed couldn't locate video url". I think I have a problem with my add-ons locating the urls or something.

Welcome to the XBMC forums.
Enable debug log (wiki)ging in XBMC. Exit XBMC. Restart XBMC and wait a couple of minutes for it to complete initialization. Launch the problem add-on and, when it fails or returns an error, exit XBMC immediately. Locate your debug log (wiki) (xbmc.log) and upload it to www.pastebin.com or www.xbmclogs.com and post the URL link to the uploaded log here with your reply.

I cannot watch videos in Reddit Videos or Youtube add-ons but I tried trailers on hulu and they are fine.
I'm pretty new to this stuff and any help is appreciated

The YouTube add-on is broken now due to changes made by YouTube. See this post:

yeah reddit and bestofyoutube behave the same for myself. They load video thumbnails and titles but playback does not happen. Suddenly

youtube is working for me now. I guess it was fixed...but i also followed the previous instructions because i mistakenly had my proxy setting turned on.

hi dknight please help, the filipino on demand v3 on gma keeps on showing (playback failed couldnt locate video url and i have install and reinstall you tube over and over again but the problem remains the same i already used you repo i have uninstall and reinstall it many times and the funny thing is itwas working yesterday even abs cbn but now none of them work please help i will greatly appreciate it thank you so much
