I'm wondering if it is safe to install with the creator getting banned.

Yes, it's safe. Being banned didn't have anything to do with them not being reputable, I'm currently watching this right now, Mission Beach, CA.

Earthcam add-on for XBMC is not showing USA or Worldwide links on any computer I install Earthcam on. Was working fine up until around 3/25/14. I was also excited about finding the Ricks Cafe in Jamaica add-on because there is a bunch of stuff going on in the scene and its beautiful. Is the Add-on being blocked by my isp? Some "featured" links come through, but I'm really not interested in those.
Anyone else having an issue like this?

I realized after I posted, that this add-on comes from the other XBMC forum and isn't supported here. Also it appears the original poster is banned. I won't post the link, but it's in the first post of this thread.
