XBMC config from remote host - mcgyver83 - 2012-12-02

Hi to all, I installed on my raspberry the last XBMC version (Frodo), but now I cannot use the usb keyboard and tv connected to the raspberry to configure it.
I want to configure system settings, plugins ecc but from remote, is it possible?

Which distro of xbmc have you installed?Raspbmc, openelec, xbian? Have you tried to connect a keyboard and mouse to the raspberry pi's usb ports? That is usually the best way to configure the system in the beginning. Later on, maybe you can use your TV remote (this will work only if you have a hdtv that supports HDMI-CEC). And if this does not work for you, you can download the official xbmc remote app on your smartphone and control the raspberry pi from that.
