Harmony One, Windows XP (NOT MCE), USB Dongle? - MorituriMax - 2012-12-05

Is there a way to get the Harmony One to work with Windows XP (non MCE) that plugs into the USB port? Windows XP absolutely will no control any of the 2 IR Receivers I bought, it just does not have the driver support.

Is there another kind of dongle I can add via USB that will pick up a Harmony One AND works in XP (non MCE)? Otherwise I'll probably upgrade to Windows 8 for $40 bucks next payday.
