New youtube url specifiers won't work with the app - Kindt.Nick - 2012-12-08
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Note: this problem only persists with new youtube video's
1. Open any youtube video on the phone. i.e. "Way out west - the gift (original)
2. Press share button and select "play on xbmc"
3. Do you want to play video S6 on XBMC? ==> Yes
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Video should start playing on XBMC, instead you get the following error:
"Could not locate video url"
What version of XBMC Remote are you using?
0.8.8 beta
Which Android device are you using (and which ROM, if custom)?
Sony Xperia S (LT26i), ICS 4.04 (Build 6.1.A.2.45
Which XBMC revision are you running and on which platform?
11.0 Eden, windows 7
Please provide any additional information below.
The url of "Way Out West - The Gift (Original)" is
"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S6-Rnq9P_wM".
Here you get the message "Do you want to play S6 on XBMC"
While the url of "Way Out West - The Gift - LIVE in Sydney " is
"http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZktJqflmTRU".
Here you get the message "Do you want to play ZktJqflmTRU on XBMC"
I guess the trouble is that they started to use other symbols in there url specifiers.
