video playing issues - rgedgaudas - 2012-12-17
Hello, i'd like some advice from u guys. I've noticed that my HD videos aren't running smoothly, i have some sort of lag on my videos using MPC-HC with or without external codecs(k-lite, shark007). Video playing performance improved after i switched to windows 8, dunno why, still using same codec/player setup. I've recently started to use XBMC and the lag is noticeable as well. I've tried disabling, enabling DXVA but that doesnt change laging. When i have DXVA disabled my CPU usage doesnt go over 40 percent, but movie lags.
PC setup:
CPU: Intel E6750, GPU: Radeon HD4650, 4GB Ram. I think that my pc setup is more than capable of playing full hd movies smoothly isnt it? How could i solve my problem?
