XBMC Subtitle dialog just disappears after being brought up - darthdiablo - 2013-01-07
Mac OSX, Eden. My debug log
When I bring up XBMC Subtitles from inside a TV show, it just disappears without displaying contents of a website like OpenSubtitles.org
Any ideas?

looks like you are running Frodo addon on Eden XBMC. did you try to run Frodo XBMC? that would have updated all addons to latest

Ah yes, I updated to Frodo perhaps couple of weeks ago, but it was completely unstable for me (at least on my Mac), so I reverted back to Eden, and I restored the userdata folder/settings I saved elsewhere.
I haven't really used subtitles during this period between back when I tried Frodo and now on this Mac until now.

Yeah, try removing the addon manually and install again from the addon repo. You need version 3.5.* for eden
