Noob question - Tarom - 2013-01-19
Hello!
I am a new addition to the world of XBMC and man I am impressed! I have a weird issue that I can figure out/google out that I need you help with. While I was setting up XBMC, and I was in the main menu my cat jumped on a keyboard and pressed something, now whenever I load up XBMC I get a dark screen a running info line (the one you usually have in main menu). The band where menu options are located is present but there are no menu options in it. It stays that way until I press either B or S, then the menu and background light up and I get a message : '.. No PRV client. Wait for the PVR client to start up or 'Check your configuration or log for..." Is there any way I can get rid of it? It used to work fine before . Its a nuisance and I don't want to reinstall the whole thing
. I am running Frodo RC3, Win 7 64, skin Aeon Nox. Will appreciate your help

Welcome to the XBMC forums.
Try erasing the guisettings.xml file located in your userdata (wiki) directory. Restart XBMC and see what happens.
