RaspBMC No Volume control Only Passthrough - sfrooster - 2013-02-07 I have a new Pi running RaspBMC as one of my media centers, and it's great, but I have lots of questions. I'll constrain this one to volume up/down. Specifically, using my Windows MCE remote, when I hit 'Volume Up' or 'Volume Down' a read symbol flashes on screen telling me that I'm using HDMI and have passthrough only. This is decidedly different that what happens on my other Xbmc rig (which is not a Pi, but which is also using HDMI). Is it not possible to control the volume in this way? RE: RaspBMC No Volume control Only Passthrough - sfrooster - 2013-02-07 I suspect my answer may be here... http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Settings/System#Audio_output |
