Enigma2 no control / stream - wpcdeeznutz - 2013-02-18

Hi,

I have just installed the VU+ Addon. Configuration went fine, channel list was imported but switching to the channel and starting the stream does not work. I have a DM600 PVR with DM600PVR_Enigma2_Image_Pcd_8.0

In the webinterface i get the folowing information:

Devicename: unknown
Enigma Version: 2010-09-01-experimental
Image Version: Experimental 2012-11-10
Frontprozessor Version: VNone
Webinterface Version: 1.6.2

The tail of the xbmc.log looks like this when trying to select a channel:

Enigma2 no control / stream - jdembski - 2013-02-24

Verify that 8001 is the correct streaming port - looks like XBMC cannot open the stream.

Hi,

thank you, this took me a step closer... but I still cannot open the stream. XBMC is working for some seconds (longer than with port 8001) until it fails with following log entries:

Starting a stream with VLC is working and shows the following line in the top of the window (this was a different channel as above):

http://192.168.2.22:31339/0,61,1ff,200 - VLC media player

Any further ideas?

I just tried exactly the same.
Same Dreambox, same image, same issue Sad

Hi,

I gave up with the dreambox. My solution was to buy a new receiver (xtrend). Works like a charm now...
