i don't use Live TV so i don't know anything about that, are the tv-channel logos taken from the studio flags folder in /media/flags/studios ?
try this flag if it suits you, i guess Sky Atlantic is hd only?

Thanks m8, that works perfect, it needs to be named just Sky Atlantic for Ember. This isn't for Live TV, I don't watch live TV either, Sky Atlantic have a show, well they took an Italian show and released it in English http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2049116/

here is the black&white studios flag folder, i corrected all the faulty studio names which didn't appear in openelec and i added some missing ones.

I have the Aeon Shednox version of Kodi, but I do not know how to do that adjusts
