Netflix-desktop - SubCool - 2013-03-12 Netflix-desktop Hey Everyone. I am posting this, because i am personally tried of searching through hundreds of pages of thread to catch a glimpse of the question that is burning in everyone's minds. NETFLIX on XBMC Now- i personally use this app on my ubuntu 12.0x And it works great. Now the question is- How do we integrate it into XBMC? I have tried to launch it with the advanced launcher, but haven't had any success. I am not as savvy with Ubuntu as i wish i could be, so i am leaving this to better minds. I have included the Program and two installation guides. I personally found this with iheartubuntu. I would love to see it work with xbmc. SO- How about it? https://launchpad.net/netflix-desktop http://www.compholio.com/netflix-desktop/ http://www.iheartubuntu.com/2012/11/ppa-for-netflix-desktop-app.html RE: Netflix-desktop - artrafael - 2013-03-12 Maybe this thread will be helpful: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=154888 RE: Netflix-desktop - SubCool - 2013-03-12 why do i have to edit my fstab - whats wrong with just doing step 4 and 5? This is why i created this page- because going pages into that thread.. its still complicated.. Why can't it just be run with advanced launcher or something? - i have run firefox with advanced launcher. - Having to edit my fstab for a dual purpose system is -- scary. Nvm- i was referring to http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=87552 but still- it looks to be a pain. It does require the use of WINE because there's no native Linux support so, if you want it, you'll need to make the effort. What happen to Advanced launcher- why did it go from 1.7.2 to 1.13?? Or is this a joke? 13 is actually 13 not 1.1-3.1 |
