Freeze @ LiveTV channel switch - Pyromaniac - 2013-03-26
Hi!
I wanted to tell that with the ACE-Skin (1.3.0), I can't watch TV, but only the first Channel that I choose to watch, because XBMC freezes as soon as I switch to another Channel.
My System:
XBMC (13.0-ALPHA2 Git:d10eed7), Platform: Linux (Ubuntu 12.10, 3.5.0-26-generic x86_64). Built on Mar 20 2013 (https://launchpad.net/~wsnipex/+archive/xbmc-xvba)
TVHeadend Build: 3.5.66~gbabe159
APU/CPU: AMD E350

You can see that I've waited about 1,5 Minutes after the freeze, then shutdown my Box by pressing the Power-Button.
This isn't happening with other Skins, so I think it is Skin-Dependent.

Yes, Ace, TVHeadend and XBMC are all UpToDate.
To be exact:
Ubuntu 12.10 (3.5.0-28-generic x86_64)
XBMC 13 (13.0~git20130405.0500-41061a8-0quantal )
TVHeadend 3.5.116~ga2ccbb2
ACE 1.6.0.

how are you trying to change channel? from the EPG Timeline, channel list or direct keyentry?

hmmm..no such issue here with similar specs. Have you tried upping the channel switch delay in the Live TV settings?
