I would like to know if and how I could add Vietnamese flag to display when the movie has Vietnamese subtitle or/and audio?

Untested, but you could try making a subdirectory in the skins media folder and call it "Language" so that it looks like
Quote:XBMC\addons\skin.hybrid\media\Language
Then put in your flag icon named "vie.png"
Do you have a image of the Vietnamese flag ?

And can currently the flags are only optionally displayed in Genre Poster mode. Can you please give the option to other modes?
