Can any HTPC output 23.976 while Bitstreaming? - churchwa - 2013-04-09

I was looking to get an Intel Nuc but read that intels graphics chips don’t support 23.976 and that I would get dropped frames because it outputs at 24p.

Ideally want to install Openelec but is there any device out there than can do 23.976 in Linux whilst bitstreaming?

Given the number of view it either means I am not the only one who wants an answer or that, more worryingly, there is no HTPC system out there which can properly play back video. Removing the HT from HTPC!

None of the vendors, AMD, Intel or Nvidia support perfect 24p with bitstreaming. You can get close but not exactly 23.796.
