remote Problems With Frodo - phillie14586 - 2013-05-01
I just installed XBMC 12.1 on my Mid 2010 MacPro running OX 10.6.8. I use XBMoteC to control XBMC. My problem is shutting down XBMC. I can get to the window with the power icon. I touch the button and I get the button sound but nothing happens. If I use Rowmote and click on the button with the mouse it will shut down. Is this a common problem with Frodo or is it just me?

sounds more of a problem with the remotr app. Try the official xbmc remote for ios instead.

After playing with it more last night it turns out the program is just taking a long time to shut down. I can use XBMoteC but it takes XBMC at least 30 sec. to close. Eden used to take only a second or two.

Then there is a missbehaving addon which prevents a fast shtudown most likly.
