Acer RL70 w/ XBMC - Power Options? - bape2609 - 2013-05-12
Ladies/Gents,
I've just setup my Acer Revo RL70 with the following:
Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit
XBMC v12.1
Windows 7 has been configured for auto login and the shell has been amended so that it boots straight to XBMC.
One question I have is what is the best way to setup power options within Windows? How long after should the system go to sleep etc etc etc?
In the past I've had trouble with XBMC not working properly when awaking from sleep mode so I was wanting to eradicate that problem while my install is currently clean and fresh!

Not wanting to hijack the thread too badly, I currently have xbmcbuntu (Eden) on my Revo and tried installing xbmcbuntu (Frod)o but it just would not play 1080p..... how do you find Windows for startup times?
