Sound sometimes missing - unmesh - 2013-07-03
When getting into XBMC, sometimes there will be no navigation sounds nor audio in movie playback. If I exit out and enter the XBMC App again, there is sound, so the behavior is hit and miss.
Any thoughts on what might be happening? I'm connected to my TV over HDMI and am using XBMC 13.0-ALPHA from the June 29 2013 nightly running over Apple TV Software 5.0.2

Never heard of that problem till now and i use the atv2 daily for watching live-tv. So at least its not a known problem, nor did anything change in the audio engine for ios the last couple of months. Ensure that audio is working on the ATV2 itself before starting XBMC. (e.x. ensure that the atv2 is booted up completly and has handshaked the audio channel via hdmi).
