Alpha 5, HDMI is broken.... no audio - nekrosoft13 - 2013-07-05
I was running Alpha 4 and everything was great. XBMC notified me that there is a new Alpha version.
So I installed Alpha 5. HDMI audio is broken now.....
With audio set to HDMI, there is audio in GUI, but when video plays there is no Audio and Video plays at 2-3x faster.
I had to set audio to analog for audio to play.
anyone have similar problem? or solution?

Thanks Ned, I will post mine tonight if I get a chance.
I was able to get my videos to play by switching the audio to analogue as well.

Here is a debug log where audio is switched from Coax to analog.

What also happens is that when Coax is chosen, the movie is played at double speed.
