Lunatixz - this is the best program ever! The UI is so clean too, that I was able to get my wife on board with using this thanks to your hard work and those who have helped!

Here's an issue I'm seeing though that I was hoping to get your help with:
Yesterday, I upgraded to Gotham and re-installed PseudoTV Live 0.3.7 (removing all the previous script and settings2.xml, etc). I then attempted to re-add USTVNOW channels since it appears to be supported again. Which is awesome to hear, BTW!

I'm using the USTVNOW add-on from xbmchub.com version 0.3.4 and the live channels work correctly when I access from the XBMC add-onmenu, but the channels cause an error when trying to access my created channel from PTVL "One or more items failed to play. Check the log for details."

Below are links to my settings2 and complete debug log I ran when opening PTVL and going to the USTVNOW channel which gets the error message:

log: removed

Settings2: removed
I looked for the known scripts that cause performance issues and turned off dynamic artwork from recent posts that dealt with USTVNOW issues, but this seems different.

Any ideas?

no problem

This looks great, I just installed it to replace my PseudoTV installation!

I have one issue, I had it with PseudoTV as well so it may be something I have done.

While running Pseudo TV Live, if I call the API to update my library (I have a cron job that updates my library hourly)... The video controls (stop, play, etc) show on screen and do not go away until I manually exit them.

This is with the Confluence skin and I have "Hide Library Updates" selected in the LIbrary settings.

Any idea how to prevent the video controls from showing up?

Hey,

I'm having a bit of trouble trying to create a channel from Custom Playlist. I got to channel 52, press enter. change the channel type to custom playlist. It says "Playlist:" but I can't enter anything in that field As soon as i move the from the up arrow, it goes to Advanced Channel Rules, then I can't go back, only to OK or Cancel.

Am I doing something wrong?

Has anyone tried using a AVerMedia HomeFree AVplus F210 network tv tuner with PseudoTV live? I am trying to set up an inexpensive Proof of concept (trying to make sure we can actually see what we want with out using the Satellite connection).... so cheaper is better for now, but wasting money sucks too LOL

No clue. I havent bought it yet, I am trying to find the best/cheepest way to get PseudoTV setup so I am trying to make sure it works with PTV first before I buy it.

I did just see a couple other network tuners that stated they were the only ones that could work with Digital Satallite systems.... let me see if I can track them down

EDIT: this is the one I saw earlier http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815116073 Hauppage Broadway clearly states it worked with Digital Satellite. But I have never used one so I can only go by what they claim Smile

After upgrade from frodo to Gotham rc1 and PLTV from 0.3.5 to 0.3.7 I have some unicode issues and PLTV freezes when selecting a show with non english sets.(the system caching is disabled)
Downgrade to frodo still issue exists.
Downgrade to PLTV 0.3.5 the problem is solved.
