I don't believe the problem is the "?" but the hash tag next to it, try replacing the # with %23, /?jacob%23M

You lost me... what are you trying to do?

Where did you get this rtmp? does it work outside of xbmc? or outside of PTVL?

take a look at scilz settings2.xml to get ideas of rtmp structures... URL encoding, spaces are allowed...

I got it.

The problem is that for some reason the plugin was limiting the size of setting "Channel_900_2".

I just apointed this setting to strm file that was working.
