bmovies.com has a good collection of such movies.

I go to b movies select any movie and it comes up blank. How do i fix?

I had tryed (read: was able to browse and start videos, but haven't sit around to see if a movie played well from beggining to end as of yet) this other one in the past with ok results -> http://xbmc-viper9x.rhcloud.com/

I don't think so, as bmovies.com is mostly public domain stuff.
Plus some independent shorts.
