how am I supposed to name my files - ZenMasta - 2013-08-01

I'm looking for advice on how to name my ripped files so I can take advantage of scrapers.

It's easy with movies cause you can just look at the folder name, but with tv shows, makemkv rips each to its own folder something like Nameofseries/title00, Nameofseries/title01etc.

I know scraper can't do anything with title00 and title01 etc so I'm wondering how I should name my files. Also, I know you can specify folders and it scans recursively but do you separate your seasons by folder or do you just lump everything into 1 dir? And with that said w for tv shows, does the folder name play a role in scraping?

Series - 101 - name of episode, or Series S01E01 - name of episode

Thanks.

People have spend a lot of time, creating manuals as this one : http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=166401

and i still wonder why because adding such things to the wiki makes it more usable for everyone and easier to maintain.

True. I've used the wiki back then but saw this guide just a few days ago. Main point is that the TS should have start reading the information already available before posting these kind of questions (but maybe that is a bit harsh to say).
