Irregular dropouts when playing Dolby TrueHD - Branphma - 2013-08-24
Hi guys,
I am having a problem for months now which i can't seem to fix.
When i am watching a movie with a Dolby TrueHD sound track through the built in player in XBMC the sound drops out irregularly. DTS-HD and all the other formats play perfectly fine. However when i play the same movie externally with for example the Media Player Classic it plays fine without dropouts.
I am running XBMC 12.2 with Aeon Nox. Geforce 680 GTX + Intel i5-3570k.
I already set up a completely new Windows installation with only drivers and XBMC installed but i am getting the same bug there. Tried the standard skin, alternated my Video and Audio settings, but always the dropouts
Even Cyberlink PowerDVD plays it right.Therefore i guess something is wrong with XBMC, but i can't figure out what the problem is.
Normally i find something on the internet when i am facing any problem with XBMC but this time i seem to be the only one with that problem. So if anyone has an idea of what the reason could be i would be thankful for any advice.
