Hi folks
A little off track here but I'm looking for a 55" LED TV for use with XBMC and wonder what recommendations you have? I want it to be thin, stylish and good PQ.
My budget is $1600.
I have my eye on the Samsung UN55F7100.

I am a Samsung fan. I just picked up a UN55FH6030C which is a 55" 3D LED dumb TV for $800, is a "Smart" TV worth twice the price to you?? It's about 4" deep which I think is a little thicker than the UN55F7100

Your budget depends entirely on where in the world you are, and what currency you are paying with. The budget is meaningless to people outside your country.

I bought the UN60F7100 and I am happy with it. The 60" has a thicker bezel than the 55" (.5in vs .2in) and that's important to some people, but not me. Plenty of features, and can do 24p video from XBMC.
