Miracast working on XBMC? - pranizzle - 2013-09-27

Does anyone know if wireless Miracast works on XBMC yet? or if there is a working wireless method of sending my SG4 display to my PC?

miracast is a hardware protocol, it has nothing to do with your choice or media center software, devices at both ends will need compatible hardware. I can currently send my galaxy s3 desktop to my samsung tv as it has allsharecast built in, therefore i can play movies on xbmc android and watch them on my tv. You can also do this with non samsung tv;'s using the allshare cast dongle. Micracast is really nothing more than a wireless HDMI connection.
