Unfortunately I don't think this applies to my issue, the views in each section work fine. I'm referring to the home page, which I can't find an option to change away from the horizontal bar to the glass list (white vertical menu on the left).

It might not be possible, but I thought I'd see if it was, as I like having all menus the same

I mean I love the CD art spinning, and the blue ray case, and the fanart. The way I am only able to add or select to play video files is by going through movies clicking on .. a couple times until it says files then add video and the only way to view my movies is to go through these steps and it only lists them as files in alphabetical order with a picture of movie poster on right side.
What am i doing wrong, Ive spent quite a bit of time on this, would appreciate any help.
