Hello,
i'm out of my ideas now..so maybe someone could help me.
I have a I3-3225 with Intel HD 4000 graphics. The System is connected only via HDMI to an DTS-HD/TrueHD capable AVR.
When using TMT6 i can play the files and get the HD audio. Also i checked the audio settings as suggested in wiki and everything is fine.
In XBMC i set up wasapi and when playing HD audio movies there is no stuttering with the video. I just don't get any audio on my AVR.
Could someone please check attached dbg log if you can see any issue?

Driver version for intel audio are:6.16.0.3112 (22.05.2013).
Please look for it and give me some hints.
