Yep definitely considering other sports, but for starters I'll be concentrating on Soccer.

At the moment the site is very limited to basically editing teams but let me know what you think.I've edited a few English Premiership clubs, but you will have to do it yourself for foreign teams. You can find them under the "_No Team" category.

Tested and created the Real Madrid team (http://www.thesportsdb.com/team.php?t=133738) and I have found one issue tring to upload fanarts. If you try to upload a second fanart, overwrittes the existing one instead of creating a new one.
BTW, Real Madrid B correct name's is Real Madrid Castilla

Also for whoever asked for Formula 1 and Formula E I found a really nice data api here http://ergast.com/mrd/db so it looks good for support

@zag can you include an entry to the official youtube channel for each club (like the ones you have for facebook and instagram) ? I think it is more usefull to have youtube (since we can link from kodi to the youtube addon - like the trailers) than facebook/instagram pages.

After noticing the database will be a reality I got motivated and inspired to start making something. I made 2 dialogs for aeon nox, one for calendar view (made from scratch) and another to team view (this one is based on the dialogVideoInfo.xml).
A few screenshots:

Ath Madrid > Atl Madrid
La Coruna > Depor
Sociedad > La Real or Real Sociedad
Vallecano > Rayo or Rayo Vallecano
PD: maybe we can create a field for different names for the same team

Also I see some issues on some team members. Here you can see an example related to Barcelona:
The ones underlined are not players of this team and the one circled has a different nr (it should be #20)

Ovokx are you the one filling the spanish part of the db? Please use these logos https://hdlogo.wordpress.com/category/spain-u/ as much as you can so that we have a homogeneous database/logos at least for the main leagues. I think Zag is using them for the Premier league teams.

Yes I also had a go submiting clubs but couldn't upload nor the logo nor the stadium picture nor the banner. The images are uploaded, redirection shows the error posted above by ovokx and the picture does not appear.
The only one I could upload correctly was one fanart:

BTW, now you can check all the La Liga teams are linked to the relative league and with full info at least in 1 language (actually updating to 2)
