hardware question - crxman - 2013-11-27

im wanting to get something for my kids room so they can use xbmc to watch tv shows and movies. ive been looking into the CuBox-i4-Pro and the Ouya. all of our shows are 720 and movies are 1080. what do you guys recommend?

Hard to say since the CuBox-i's are still on pre-order. In theory, either box should do fine, but there's no way to know for sure until the CuBox-i is out.

OUYA is a great box that seems to have already proven itself in a lot of areas, and it might be particularly nice for kids since it comes with a controller and you can load it up with Android emulators. It has some issues with audio receivers, but if you're just using stereo audio from the TV, it should be no issue
