Pause/FF/RW LiveTV Not Working - skj88 - 2013-12-19
I have the NextPVR as the backend on two HTPCs. On one HTPC pause/rw/ff LiveTV works fine but the other it does not work at all. It used to work but not anymore. Pause/FF/RW works fine on recorded shows, but not on LiveTV. No other issues with the add on except for this issue with livetv. Before I do a reinstall I thought I'd check if there is something simple I am overlooking.
Any suggestions?

Well, I managed to fix it myself. Somehow the settings.xml file in userdata\addon_data\pvr.nextpvr got the "usetimeshift" value changed to "False". I did not change it but somehow it got changed. I changed it to "True", re-opened XBMC and pause/FF/RW work on live TV as it should. Hopefully this helps someone who has the same issue.
